Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders are dispatched to our 3rd-party logistics company same day if ordered before 2 PM AWST on a business day or next business day for orders placed after this time.
WA Orders:
- Delivery is typically completed within 3 business days after dispatch. During busier periods, delivery may take up to 5 business days, which is outside of our control.
- Please note: Tracking is not available for WA orders. If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us at contact@boia.au, and we will follow up with the logistics company to locate your order.
Interstate Orders:
- Packages are collected from our warehouse facilities 2 business days after the order is placed, with transit taking an additional 3 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the logistics company’s backlog.
- Tracking is available for all interstate orders, and you will receive an email notification with your tracking information when your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges:
- Orders over $150 qualify for free express shipping.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for pontoon orders within the Perth Metro area. All other local orders will be quoted based on courier fees.
Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 7 PM daily, including weekends (excluding public holidays).
How to Check the Status of Your Order
For interstate orders, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframes (5 business days for WA orders or 8 business days for interstate orders), please contact us at contact@boia.au with your name and order number. We will investigate and provide assistance.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus return shipping costs. Return shipping must be organized and paid for by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@boia.au with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve issues to your satisfaction.
